Resilience Ed is not liable for decisions made based on website content. Always consult qualified professionals for specific concerns.

 

4. Privacy & Security

We take reasonable measures to protect data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Personal information is handled per our Privacy Policy.

Program feedback and participation may be anonymized for reporting.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All content (text, videos, curricula) is owned by Resilience Ed or licensed partners.

No materials may be reproduced, sold, or modified without written permission.

 

6. Program Access & Requirements

Participation requires written agreement between Resilience Ed, schools, and guardians.

Access timelines, grant disbursement, and materials are pre-approved in writing.

Hybrid (online/in-person) participation is subject to school policies and facilitator availability.

 

7. Program Participation Disclaimer

Website descriptions of the Resilience Ed program are not guarantees of outcomes, funding availability, or school eligibility.

Actual program implementation depends on school/district approvals and grant compliance.

 

8. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Resilience Ed from claims related to:

Misuse of program materials.

Violation of these Terms.

Unauthorized sharing of login credentials or copyrighted content.

 

9. Dispute Resolution

Concerns must be directed to program leadership (contact email/phone).

Parties agree to resolve disputes in good faith before pursuing legal action.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Utah, USA.

     Dispute Resolution Process:

     • Direct Communication: Any disputes related to these Terms or use of the website will first be resolved through good-faith discussions between the involved parties.

     • Mediation (If Needed): If unresolved, parties agree to non-binding mediation facilitated by a mutually agreed-upon mediator. No lawyers or litigation will be involved unless required by Utah law.

     • Costs: Each party covers their own mediation expenses unless agreed otherwise.

     • By using this site, you waive the right to pursue court action (except for small claims or injunctive relief) without first attempting mediation.

 

10. Modifications

Resilience Ed may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
